Ladderback Jacquard Knitting

Ladderback jacquard is a fantastic technique for when you are working stranded colour work, fair isle or intarsia, especially when carrying floats over multiple stitches. There is always the tendency to pull the floats too tight therefore making your work pucker, but with Ladderback jacquard this problem is solved – plus you get an extra layer of warmth to your knitting!
